Family Dental Excellence supports new Medicare Child Benefits Schedule
In January 2014, Medicare instigated the Child Dental Benefits Schedule, which is a program for eligible children aged 2-17 that provides basic dental services for children. These basic dental services include (but are not limited to) examinations, teeth cleaning, x-rays, fissure sealants and fillings with a value of up to $1000 over a two year period. The government will notify you if your child is eligible and we will be able to confirm this by contacting the Department of Human Services.
